About the organisation
QS Enrolment Solutions (formerly Hobsons Solutions) offer a range of student recruitment services to clients within the education sector. The business is strategically located in Melbourne CBD and is currently seeking a proactive Client Delivery Manager to join their Operations team.
About the Role
The Client Delivery Manager is the link between our organisation and the client. This is a client-facing role and you will be required to understand and translate client needs and deliver on the outcome.
Success in this role is dependent upon the timely and effective provision of contracted items. Those contracted items include e-marketing broadcasts, communications campaigns, reports and webforms.
Client retention, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency are the main aims for the Client Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for delivery of electronic direct mail, SMS's and automated programs
- Liaising with clients via phone, email and face-to-face. This includes actively participating in client forums and presentations. Travel intra and interstate when needed
- Management of campaign delivery which include (and not limited to) process flow documents and creating webforms
- Oversee and participate in the planning of campaigns for our clients
- Create and manage the distribution of reports while having the ability to identify areas of risk and opportunity
- Internal stakeholder management
- To maintain relevant templates, CRM's and client data to-up-date
To be successful in this position, you will possess the following;
- Experience in an account management or customer service role (preferred Education Industry but not mandatory)
- Tertiary qualification, preferably in a business or marketing discipline
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise key tasks
- Ability to build good working relationships internally and externally through experience from account management or past projects
- Ability to demonstrate strong attention to detail especially when it comes to reporting and delivery of client needs
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Positive, team-orientated and solutions focused attitude
