About the Role
We currently have an opportunity for an Assessor to join our team based at Fairfield on a Part Time basis. Responsibilities include:
Conduct Pre-Training Assessments against the Australian Core Skills Framework across multiple MTC Australia sites.
Accurately assess clients' current competencies using the appropriate MTC Pre-Training Assessment Kit and in accordance with the ACSF
Commence clients recommended for training within timeframes set by DET in the Instructions for SEE Providers
About You
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, engaging and highly organized with the following qualifications and experience:
Undergraduate degree of at least 3 years duration
TAE 40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Post Graduate TESOL qualification (minimum graduate certificate level)
Completion of a minimum of 100 hours teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or Adult Literacy/Numeracy during the last 3 years
