Due to ongoing expansion of the Early Learning sector in Western Australia, we are seeking to recruit candidates interested in studying & pursuing a career in Early Childhood Education & Care within the Perth metro area through a National Registered Training Organisation.
After successful completion of the Early Childhood Education certification III, roles you can pursue will include:
- Early Childhood Teachers & Educators
- Senior Educators – Cert III to Diploma level
- Centre Directors & Assistant Directors
- Program Managers
- Senior Trainer Assessors / Coordinators – Early Childhood Education and Care
Key Skills and responsibilities for this role:
- The desire to pursue a long term career in Early Childhood Education & Care
- The ability to hold a current First Aid qualification after successful completion of course
- The ability to hold a current Working with Children Check after successful completion of course
- The ability to hold a current police clearance after successful completion of course
- Plan innovative and engaging learning experiences dedicated to developing the future of children after successful completion of course
- Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) after successful completion of course
Desirable Attributes:
- Nurture strong relationships with staff, families and children
- Ability to plan and prepare indoor and outdoor learning experiences
- Ensure all compliance requirements are met with relevant regulations and standards after successful completion of course
- Drive continuous improvement and development of the service and children
- Confident in oral and written communication
