We currently have an opportunity for you to join our Perth team as a passionate and committed education recruitment consultant.

The Role

Recent teaching experience within the private schools sector and previous recruitment experience within the education sector is required.

The successful applicant will lead the delivery of high calibre candidates into our established clientele, along with opening up opportunities into new markets. You will work closely with all other offices in Australia. Bringing energy, innovation and enthusiasm to your role, your responsibilities will include -

• Maintaining and enhancing key stakeholder client relationships built upon trust and service quality
• Establishing new partnerships with prospective clients
• Sourcing, vetting and accurately maintaining candidate information via available database
• Matching candidates with client vacancies
• Providing an exceptional experience to all applicants 
• Developing candidate capacity to progress and grow as an educational professional

Successful Applicants will have

• A background in Primary/Secondary Education - required
• Experience in Education Recruitment - required
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proven problem solving and negotiation skills
• A high attention to detail
• A commitment to team objectives and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others
• The ability to work autonomously and be goal driven
• A desire to learn and help others grow
