A Global leader and Enterprise level organisation, is currently seeking to engage an authentic and dynamic I.T Trainer to join their Sydney location on a permanent basis.
 
You will be providing face to face IT Training to staff and will assist in the preparation of training material whist working alongside stakeholders within the IT team, to contribute to the success of the IT strategy and roadmap.  

Responsibilities will also include:

• Be involved in the delivery of training relating to new projects and IT systems to end users.
• Update, create and develop new training material, handouts and e-learning modules.
• Provide training to staff face to face and remotely (video conference/ phone).
• Champion system changes across the organisation by assisting users in learning and adapting to upgrades and changes.
• Work with I.T Support Teams and project teams to identify training needs for upcoming changes and roll-outs of new technology/functionality. 

To be successful for this role, you will possess the following; 

• Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and other relevant Digital workplace technologies.  
• Cert. IV in Assessment and Workplace training.
• Technology training experience in a corporate environment.
• Can demonstrate proven ability to deliver outstanding service in a high-pressure environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about learning new technology.
