Bundaleer is a community owned not-for-profit aged care and disability services provider located in the beautiful town of Wauchope. Our mission is to provide a service which maximises the quality of life for our elderly and disabled and provides a high standard of care in harmony with community, cultural and religious customs.
In this role you will support the General Manager, People & Culture to conduct regular gap analysis of education programs, write, develop and implement programs, implement a new online learning portal, identify appropriate funding opportunities, and manage the HR platform for learning and development records. You will also maintain a strong industry presence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
If you have:
- Substantial experience working in an educational role delivering positive, tangible educational outcomes
- Experience in a flexible, multi-skilled team environment and advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
- Certificate IV Training & Assessment TAE or equivalent
- An understanding of accreditation requirements (ideally in aged care environment) and continuous quality improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop effective programs to meet organisational requirements.
