Murdock Education Recruitment has been approached to work on an exclusive role to find QUALITY Educators for a state-of-the-art childcare centre located in the Northern Perth suburbs. This centre creates a comfortable and secure space in which children can play, flourish and grow.
This service is apart of a small group of family owned and operated services rated Exceeding the National Quality Standards, providing education and care that works in partnership with parents, families and the community in providing children with the skills for a lifelong educational journey. This family owned business is passionate about supporting parents in returning to work.
Selection Criteria:
- Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood)
- Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities and strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Exquisite presentation skills
- Experience and practice with Play-Based learning programs
- Demonstrated commitment to Early Childhood Education profession including sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework and its practical application in the Long Daycare (LDC) environment.
- Substantial experience working in a LDC environment with an understanding of the business aspects of Centre performance.
- Current Working with Children Check, Police Clearance, First Aid, CPR and Asthma/Anaphylaxis Certificates.
