Part Time OSHC Educator
- Conveniently located in North Sydney, easily accessible by public transport
- 100 place OSHC centre
- Permanent part time position - Monday to Friday
The Centre
Operating Monday to Friday, this centre has been rated as Exceeding in all 7 quality areas of the NQS. This service offers a unique approach to learning that embeds Children’s interest, family input and traditional skills into their program, this service collaborated with children and families to create a play based program that incorporates "heritage “life skills that cross different cultures.
The Role
Permanent Part time position - 21 hours per week - Monday to Friday
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop positive and trusting relationships with Staff, Children and Families
- Program, plan and implement experiences that promote children's learning and development
- Demonstrate your knowledge and understanding of My Time, Our Place framework, NQF and WHS
- Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, families and children.
Essential Criteria
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous OSHC experience
- WWCC/ First Aid and Child Protection
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent written and computer literacy skills
