If the answer is yes – here is an opportunity to become an Assistant Director / Educational Leader at Aranda Afters.
Aranda Afters is a large after school and vacation care program operating at Aranda Primary School.
This exciting position will have you working with and managing a team of dedicated educators, responsible for developing and fostering the quality of our service, along with the opportunity to work after school care hours.
We are looking for someone with the skills and passion to implement service operations while maintaining high quality care and education for children and families.
Your skills and experience should include:
- Proven experience working in the OSHC sector including staff and floor management.
- A strong understanding of the National Quality Framework- My Time, Our Place (MTOP) and the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A competent knowledge of CCS and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hold a Working with Vulnerable People Card
- Hold or be willing to obtain a HLTAID004 First Aid Qualification.
