Apprenticeships Matter is a well-established Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP) which promotes and provides traineeship and apprenticeship services to employers, employees and job seekers. As part of these services we offer a free recruitment service for employers seeking apprentices or trainees. Our service also includes a job matching function to allow jobseekers to create and build resumes for potential employers to view.
We are currently looking for a full time Recruitment Solutions Specialist to join our Recruitment team.
As a Recruitment Solutions Specialist, you will coordinate and execute the recruitment functions and associated activities of Apprenticeships Matter Recruitment (AMR).
In addition, this position will be responsible for sourcing/advertising all new AMR vacancies, utilising all Apprenticeships Matter Stakeholders. You will generate suitable job matches of Australian Apprentices to employers within a range of industry sectors.
The successful candidate will have
- Experience with high volume end-to-end recruitment practices and methodologies.
- Experience with managing case loads efficiently and effectively
- Strong sales skills and be highly motivated to achieve placement outcomes.
- A 'can do' attitude and approach in every aspect of the job role
- Experience in and knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training Sector.
- Strong administrative skills and written communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong time management and organisational skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and problem solve.
An understanding of secondary school systems and career pathways both higher education as well as others that include Australian Apprenticeships is desirable.
