Your new company
This quaint 37 place centre is based right by Narrabeen Lagoon and has been open for over 30 years. This exceeding rated centre has recently been taken over by a small child focused organisation who have one other centre and will soon be opening one more. This organisation is passionate about maintaining small, community focused services and providing high quality education.
This is a great opportunity for a Certificate III or Diploma to join a supportive, experienced team as a float educator. This would be perfect for an educator looking for a long term organisation with career progression opportunities in the future.
Your new role
This centre is split into 2 rooms, the 2 to 3 and the 3.5 to 5 age groups. This position would be for a Certificate III or Diploma educator to work with experienced staff in both rooms. This is a great opportunity to gain experience across the age groups and to learn from long serving staff. The team are very friendly and the centre prides itself on its great team culture, you will also have support from an approachable Director and Area Manager.
This is an exciting time to join the centre as they will be looking to renovate in the following months. Another centre will also be opening soon so there is plenty of opportunities for career progression. The director is very supportive of educators who wish to lead projects in the centre inspired by their passions or strengths.
