Your new company
Join this exceptional preschool based in Leichhardt dedicated to sustainability and high quality education. This warm and spacious 60 place centre cares for children aged 2 - 5 and provides a real home from home environment with excellent outdoor spaces.

This not for profit centre is managed by a parent committee and experienced, approachable Director. This is a rare opportunity to join their long serving team as Preschool Room Leader.

Your new role
As Preschool Room Leader you will collaborate with 3 other educators to provide a successful school readiness program for 20 children. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support your team and form strong relationships with families. The centre is passionate about sustainability, the arts and yoga so this is a great opportunity for creative educators.

What you'll need to succeed

• Early Childhood Teacher degree (ACECQA approved)
• Collaborative teaching style
• Passion for art and creativity
• Ability to bring new ideas, whilst valuing input from your team
