About the Role:
The focus of the role requires you to scope, design and develop a range of innovative training courses in high-risk units of competence utilising Experiential Learning techniques. Through intimate understanding of issues facing industry, our client can offer customised training streams giving access to practical advice on how to manage and implement health and safety in any organisation. The team works extremely close together to ensure they develop unique and tailored solutions for their clients’ industry and workplace.
You will be required to:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to scope and deliver projects
- Design and develop courses for Oil & Gas, Maritime, Aviation and related high-risk industries
- Ensure current training techniques, methodologies and best practice training solutions
- Ensure compliance with applicable Training Standards (Nationally Recognised Training, OPITO, AMSA-IMO or other) when developing courseware
The successful candidate must have experience working with Corporate and/or Government Registered Training Organisations in a managerial and compliance role. Essentially:
- Training & Development - Experiential design, training delivery and adult learning technologies
- Vocational Education & Training and/or other regulatory frameworks
- High Risk Industry Expertise
- Appropriate education and/or adult learning qualifications
