Great opportunity to join a highly regarded International Education company with campuses across the globe as a Chief Operating Officer (COO).
The COO is a key member of the senior management team, reporting to the CEO and with multiple senior reports.
Primary responsibility
The primary responsibility of this role will be to lead the operational team and review and develop business systems and procedures in Finance, Marketing & Sales, Human Resources and Information Technology functions. You will increase the efficiency of operations and develop sustainable and diverse business pathways with a specific responsibility to manage the implementation of online-learning system.
The COO has overall responsibility for the efficiency and effectiveness and sustainability of the business operations.
The successful candidate will have well proven leadership skills, a strong commercial background, outstanding communication skills and a proven record of success in a senior management role. Ideally you will have a background in Vocational and Higher Education, in developing and implementing online learning initiatives and a background in the culinary and hospitality industries.

- Ability to analyse and respond to needs of industry
- Senior Management experience in Higher Education or Vocational Education
- Experience in developing and implementing online learning systems
- A background in the hospitality and culinary industries
