We have an exciting opportunity to join our team for a State Beauty Educator / Trainer who wishes to pursue an exciting career within a fast paced environment.
We are looking for a State Beauty Educator / Trainer to work across Melbourne Occasionally travelling to Melbourne and Brisbane, who can multi task in a fast paced environment ensuring the education Strategy on a regional basis in line with Sales, marketing, skin treatments and customer experience objectives.
Reporting to the State Manager your duties will include
- A passion for sales , beauty treatments and teaching others
- Planning and driving the daily activities of the team to achieve Store/Clinic budgets
- Induction Training programs for new staff
- Up skilling yourself and team, ensuring specialist product knowledge, and a graceful, dignified based selling approach
- Having a warm, friendly and effortless communication and leadership approach
- Comply with Results Laser Clinic Policies and procedures
- Able to write procedures, policies and training programs
- HR duties : recruit, reviews and documentation
- Train and develop new and current staff to achieve company targets and services
To be considered for this opportunity you must have:
- Over 5 years proven track record of Sales Management / Beauty Trainer
- A results driven approach to sales targets and KPIs.
- Hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy
- Hold a certificate IV in workplace and assessment
- Have superior knowledge of the skin, and of professional treatments and services
- Have excellent communication skills, dedication to customer service and will be held in high regard
- Previous customer interface and sales experience – in a retail capacity
- Possess a 'can do' positive attitude
- Have a passion for providing and training a professional service in: product retail sales, Laser Hair Removal, Skin treatments and Photo Rejuvenation
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering an excellent standard of training
- Be trustworthy and inspiring and demonstrate belief and trust in our business
You will be motivated and disciplined while possessing high standards in your work and grooming.
