Established in  2001, NSW In-Home Childcare Services  is a  pro-active organisation committed in supporting communities within their area and delivering  Early Education and Care programs specifically tailored to meet individual children and family's needs through the provision of an educative model reflecting best practice child care in the family home.

The role of the Family Liaison Facilitator is to support and monitor families and educators ensuring quality care provision. The role requires travel and one day allocated within the Sydney Office.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Broker relationships between suitable families and educators
• Facilitate educator recruitment and induction
• Undertake home safety assessments
• Mentor and support educators
• Provide guidance to stakeholders via email and phone support
• Maintain compliance in accordance, service policies and applicable laws and regulations
• Work cooperative as part of a team and independently to foster  community networks

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent relevant qualifications
• Working with Children Check & National Police Check
• Current CPR and First Aid, including asthma & anaphylaxis management training
• Strong understanding of Early Childhood Education and Care
• Well developed organisational, evaluation/assessment and reporting skills
• Current drivers license and access to reliable vehicle
