About the role

As a Compliance Officer, you will report directly to the leadership team and will be responsible for ensuring that the policies and procedures of the RTO meet the requirements and standards of all external regulatory bodies.

You will work closely with all departments within the business to ensure compliance is met by providing analysis, solving problems, and giving advice & support on any compliance questions.

As Enrolment Officer you will manage all administrative duties related to our student enrolments, and provide sales support when necessary.

Job Tasks and responsibilities but not limited to:

• Ensure the college remains compliant in all aspects of its operations
• Develop, maintain, and revise policies & procedures for general operation
• Manage risk through regular internal audits
• Assist in preparation of and participate in internal & external audits
• Consistently contribute to process improvement across all aspects of compliance
• Manage enrolment administrative duties
• Provide sales support when required

Essential Skills & Experience

• Minimum two years’ experience in a compliance role in the CRICOS sector
• Experience in internal and external audits
• Participation in the development and review of quality assurance documents
• High standards of personal organisation, including time management
• Ability to work with a team and autonomously
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and work commitment
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• TAE40110 Cert. IV in Training & Assessment preferred or willing to obtain
