EXPERIENCED CENTRE MANAGER - CHILDCARE
Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centre is seeking a highly experienced Centre Manager for our purpose built, 150 place, state of the art Childcare Centre being constructed at Booval.
With our Centre opening soon our interview process is about to start. You must have a minimum of 3 years in a Manager/Director role, be very professional and committed.
Being the Face of the Centre, we are looking for a very happy, energetic, positive, people person that will take charge and build strong relationships with staff, children, families, Management and the Community.
The role:
- Applicants must hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Children’s Services or Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood). Current Blue Card and First Aid.
- Professional person with demonstrated, proven skills and a minimum 3 yrs experience as a successful Manager/Director.
- Bring a passion for the industry and take ownership of the Centre and its success.
- High level of knowledge of the National Quality Framework, that is, Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations, The National Quality Standard, and the Early Years Framework.
- Strong leadership qualities and exceptional staff management skills.
- Ability to demonstrate efficient rostering skills, manage KPI’s, meeting budgets and managing marketing, including social media.
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal.
- Passion and ability to inspire, lead by example, motivate and maintain a positive, happy learning culture within the Centre for children, for your families and for all staff.
The Centre operating hours will be 6am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, as Centre Manager you will be required to be flexible to work within these times to meet the business needs.
