The Centre

This is a beautiful, newly developed, purpose built medium-large sized Centre in Sydney's North West near to both Parramatta and The Hills District. The Centre offers an abundance of space and high quality resources. The homely service provides children with the opportunity to care for the environment and establish an excellent understanding of sustainability. They have a wonderful outdoor area and have a big focus on exploring STEM. The organisation aims to provide educators with fantastic opportunities for professional development with their own on site training room.

The Opportunity

As Centre Director of this medium-large service you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre as well as mentor, coach and lead your team of educators. This is an opportunity to take the helm of one of the most highly regarded new Centre's in the local area. This position will offer plenty of role autonomy, leveraging off of your strong experience, but also support for ongoing professional development opportunities. As a fairly new service, you will need to be involved with the local community to promote and market the Centre.

The Ideal Director

You will be passionate and driven with several years experience as a Director with an excellent track record looking to take the next step in their career. You will also present with excellent communication skills and have a proven track record in the management of budgets, rosters and policies. This is a full-time position with a flexible start date.

Hold a Bachelor in EC (Or ACECQA assessed equivalent)
Current First aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
Working with children clearance
