Nido Early School embraces the Reggio Emilia approach to provide rich educational experiences to the children in our care. 

Nido Early School - Caversham is now recruiting an experienced Leading Educator to join the team. This position is 37.5 hours per week, Monday through to Friday.

  
Responsibilities:

• Create and implement educational programs for individuals and groups of children
• Provide exceptional leadership and guidance to Educator Assistants to successfully implement and reflect on the educational programs
• Provide learning opportunities for all children through the use of intentional teaching and play based learning
• Supervise, interact and engage with all children and families, building meaningful relationships

Essential Criteria

• Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a Leadership position in Childcare
• A genuine passion for the Reggio Emilia Philosophy
• Ability to demonstrate innovative and creative thinking
• Experience in delivering quality early education and care
• A valid Working with Children Check
