The Guild currently has a vacancy in the newly created role of RTO Quality Assurance Manager within the Guild Learning and Development Team. This is a permanent full-time position located at the National Secretariat based in Melbourne.

The Guild Learning and Development Team is responsible for all education and training functions offered by the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

The RTO Compliance Manager will play a key role in managing various areas of compliance for Guild L&D in close collaboration with the Branch Network across Australia. This role will become part of a specialist team, focused on quality and delivering exceptional learning and development opportunities for the pharmacy sector.

To be considered for this role, please address the following selection criteria:-

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the VET sector particularly in compliance management and auditing
  • Strong leadership skills and the capability to contribute to team building
  • Proven ability to identify innovative solutions to multi-faceted issues
  • Proven ability to engage with various stakeholder groups
  • Experience in change management practices relating to a range projects
  • A strong sense of personal values that transcribe to working within a values based organisation
