The Centre:
- 60 Place Service
- Large outdoor area with veggie patch and worm farm.
- Play based learning environments rich in stimulating resources that provide opportunities for children to learn
- Art, Music & Sustainability programs to support the interest and talents of each child
- Storypark
- Program learning activities encompass science and exploration, health and nutrition, social skills, music and movement, construction and role playing
- School readiness program
The role:
- Minimum 3 years experience with a strong business accumen
- Manage the day to day operations in an organized and professional manner
- You will create a supportive, yet firm relationships with educators, children, families at the service and the local community
- Strong customer service skills are also required for marketing, building and continuously improving the quality of the service
- Demonstrate excellent leadership skills
- Be able to direct and train staff in the areas of best practice
- Have a good understanding of EYLF and the National Quality Standards
- Hold either a Diploma of Children's Services, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA Assessed equivalent
- Understand the importance of maintaining quality business practices while acting for the children's best interests
- Evidence an ability to think laterally and to be creative
