Your new role
Your new opportunity begins in the Toddler room, working alongside an experienced room leader to develop your skills and ability to contribute to the programming. The Centre Director prides herself on her flexible approach and will have monthly meetings with you to discuss your professional development. You will be encouraged to share your strengths and areas for development so that the management can provide you with personalised training to further your career. this flexible approach includes identifying your preferred age range and having the opportunity to move rooms continue your own learning.
