About the role
This is an opportunity to become the Director of a state of the art centre in the Adelaide Hills. You will be a hands on Director that continues to support the team and the families. In addition, you will contribute to high level organisational planning and curriculum planning performance management, end-to-end recruitment and ensuring the centre National Quality Standards and the Quality Improvement Plan are maintained and continually evolve at the highest standard.
Skills & experience
Your previous experience as a Centre Director will enable you to demonstrate your working knowledge of National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework and the continuous Improvement Process. The ability to guide, mentor and empower the staffing team come naturally to you as well as being able to identify and nurture each staff member’s individual strengths and what they bring to the centre. To be successful in this role, you will have a proven ability to build strong relationships with the families and children and have experience in centre growth. You will possess strong leadership, negotiation and administrative skills along with the flair for interacting with families and children in a respectful and sensitive manner.
