About the role
The role of the Instructional Designer of Content is to create engaging and technically relevant course content for Ultraceuticals stakeholders to improve product and treatment capability and to drive clinic/ client engagement and sales.
The role is part time with the potential to be full time and based in our offices in Gladesville.
Duties & responsibilities
- Conducts training needs analysis
- Conduct project mapping, program framework development and timeline development
- Creates engaging blended learning activities and compelling course content
- Develop presentations and facilitate training when directed
- Decides criteria to be used to judge learners’ performance and develop assessment instruments
- Performs post implementation review on learning program effectiveness
- Seeks feedback from the field and give systems guidelines
- Works cross functionally with other key areas such as R&D, Sales and Marketing to ensure Education content meets and supports business requirements
Skills & experience
- Degree Qualified in Instructional Design, Education Technology or Similar area of expertise.
- Specialist skills as a qualified Paramedical/ Beauty Therapist would be beneficial but not essential.
- Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology.
- High attention to detail and clear and coherent communication skills.
- Basic HTML and Flash programming knowledge.
- Knowledge of course development software and Learning Management Systems.
- Articulate 360 and Adobe Creative Cloud experience is essential.
- Visual design skills (Dreamwever, Photoshop, Illustrator) and ability to story board.
- Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/ video scripts.
