Your new company
A global education provider based in the Eastern suburbs, they’re at the forefront of improving their students’ experience through new technologies and experiences.
Your new role
You’ll have a strong understanding of web user experience, allowing you to create and develop strategies to develop the online user experience for the organisation. You’ll use analytics and insights, with the aim optimising conversions on the student journey. You’ll create a product roadmap, being responsible for the design and management of the digital projects, campaigns and documents.
What you'll need to succeed
You’ll need to have a fantastic digital and technical background, ideally with experience in student journey/lifecycle management. You’ll have experience working as a product manager/product owner, using roadmaps and planning journeys. You’ll have an excellent marketing and digital skillset, able to communicate extremely effectively with internal and external stakeholders, have people management experience and be well versed in delivering website and digital strategies across large, complex organisations.
