About the Centre:
Purpose built long day care centre located about 10 kilometres south-east of Melbourne CBD.
The 60 place service provides fantastic resources and a beautiful learning environment for children. This centre has a wonderfully supportive team culture and is part of a small group of centres based around Melbourne.
About the Position:
As the Diploma Room Leader, you will use your passion for Early Education to provide a rich and creative program in the Nursery room with the support of your team members. You will use your excellent communication skills to form strong, positive relationships with families and staff members.
The nursery room caters for up 12 children, your role will be supported by experienced and dedicated educators.
Skills and Experience
- Diploma of Children Services - or ACECQA equivalent
- Current WWCC, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and CPR
- A high level understanding of the Early Years Framework and National Quality Standards.
- Room Leader experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A bright, friendly and energetic personality
- 2x Referees (previous managers)
