The Positions

Educators

We are looking for passionate and inspiring Educators to join the team.

You will be enthusiastic and experienced, and thrive in an environment where children and families are central to everything you do.

We currently have roles available with all age groups!
You will be on a full-time 38hr/wk roster.

You will work closely with the Centre Management Team to complete daily observations, maintain the children's routines and contribute to our high quality programs and fun learning environment.

Your Role:

Diploma trained Early Childhood Qualification (ACECQA approved)
Hold a current First Aid qualification
38 hours per week Monday - Friday between 7am - 6pm
Key educator approach
Delivering enriching programs that include excursions to the local community

Your Responsibilities:

Actively contribute to the educational programs in your room and the centre
Engage and supervise the children at all times
Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members
Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
Comply with National Quality Standards and Company policies and procedures
Support a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

Essential Criteria:

Hold a COMPLETED Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (Overseas qualifications are welcome if they have been assessed by ACECQA)
Hold a current PAID NSW Working With Children's Check.
Hold a Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate.
Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework & National Quality Standards.
Previous experience within the positions you wish to apply would be an advantage.
