About the role:
The role of the Customer Service Officer is to assist in the management of data entry, incoming email communications, incoming phone communications and outbound calling as required.
Key Responsibilities include:

Engage with prospective students and provide information and support via phone and email for enquiry and offer management services

Ensure that prospect enquiries are answered and assisted promptly and effectively - focusing on customer service and conversion

Ensure that quality assurance standards are met

Process and manage tasks according to the account and unit protocols

Liaise with the Manager Student Success and Team Leader Student Success as appropriate
Personal Requirements to Meet Position Objectives:

A high level of initiative

Ability to perform well under pressure in a proactive manner

An advanced knowledge of Excel, Word

A high standard of written and communication skills

Ability to manage personal times and meets established deadlines

Knowledge of international education market and process/procedures
