This is a contract role for up to 20 months, and will work in conjunction with our permanent Learning and Development Officer prior to and on her return from parental leave.

We are seeking:
- The ability to quickly establish strong and effective relationships with all layers of the Organisation
- Strong L&D knowledge and experience to support the work already undertaken to lead, develop and implement organisational strategies across a diverse workforce, build capacity, strengthen culture and deliver on organisational strategic objectives
- Tertiary qualifications or post-graduate qualifications coupled with demonstrated and relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing both face to face and online programs
This position is based in Murwillumbah, and can be directed to work from any Council work site.
