Room Leader Role- ECT or Diploma
At Create Imagine Learn Queanbeyan, we are looking for innovative and motivated ECT or Diploma qualified Room Leaders to join our team.

Your Role
- To manage the staff in the room to create a positive and stimulating environment to support our children
- Observe and evaluate children's development
- Communicate positively with children and staff on a daily basis
- To show a great love of children and have a knowledge of developmental areas
You will need:
- Ideally a minimum of 1 year's full time experience as a room leader in Early Childhood
- To have completed your diploma or working towards ECT qualification
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- First Aid & CPR
- NSW Working with Peoples Check
- Great written and verbal communication skills
