St Philip’s Christian College DALE Young Parents is a Dynamic and Alternative Learning Environment for teenage mums and young parents in Stage 5 and Stage 6.

OPERATIONS MANAGER
The position is responsible for the leadership and management of the administration team across 3 campuses. The position is based in Waratah, Newcastle and requires regular travel to campuses in Cessnock, Gosford and Wyong.
Reporting to the Principal, the successful applicant will have:
- The ability to manage and work across multiple sites;
- Good IT skills;
- High level of organisational, staff and project management skills;
- Well developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Appropriate experience in industry or schools;
All staff are required to be Christians active in their local church.
Salary will depend on qualifications and experience.
A Working With Children Check is a requirement for the position
