About the Role

You will build and sustain strong relationships with children, parents and the local community by planning innovative and engaging child initiated curriculums, incorporating both indoor and outdoor learning environments, sustainability and local excursions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assess children’s learning and development and apply pedagogical expertise to inform curriculum decisions
• Maintain and apply expert knowledge of the National Quality Framework
• Seek and share best practice examples to improve educational program
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with families, children and the centre team
• Model effective application of pedagogy in teaching practice
• Contribute to a professional and positive work culture

About You

• You will be an energetic, enthusiastic and qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who has a zest and passion for ECT:
• Hold a Bachelor of Education/Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA approved qualification deeming you as an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT)
• Hold Teachers Registration
• Hold a current First Aid qualification
• Passionate to deliver and extend on play based, child initiated curriculums
• Experience working with vulnerable families
• Advanced time management and administration skills

If you have a Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent qualification, and experience in a similar role, then we want to meet you!
