About the business and the role
The position of Trainer will see your extensive Hospitality or Tourism background contribute to the development of the RTO covering all aspects of compliance and training delivery.

Job tasks and responsibilities
As a Trainer, you will build upon your existing contacts within the local community and broader related industries. It is important to note that this position will require you to deliver training to client groups within the day to day operations.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Identify stakeholders, and engaging with the organisation to secure their involvement in training and performance support related activities.
- Developing and delivering innovative training solutions to stakeholders for accredited and non-accredited training
- Liaising with project leads who are involved in and are contributing to the training program to ensure close collaboration, timely completion of deliverables and quick resolution of issues.
- Assist in maintaining compliance standards within a Registered Training Organisation.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you will be a self-starter with excellent business acumen, proficient in working with cross-functional teams, and additionally, you will have:
- Extensive Hospitality or Tourism experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Being able to prioritise and manage workload within a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work being completed to manage and maintain compliance standards.
- Displays a high work ethic and determination to achieve results
- Excellent relationship building skills and a customer centric attitude
- A flexible mindset that is adaptable and open to change
A Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116), or equivalent, is a requirement for this role.
Your Salary level will negotiable based on experience & suitability to the role.
