Endeavour College of Natural Health continues to be one of Australia’s leading education providers, delivering a wide range of government-accredited natural health, fitness and beauty courses across both the Higher Education and Vocational Education Training sectors. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and professional Clinic Manager to join Endeavour on a one year fixed term basis on the Adelaide campus (this is a parental leave replacement position). 
  
The successful incumbent will work closely with the Associate Director - Clinical Services to develop and implement strategic operational priorities, in a financially sustainable manner.  Clinic Managers are responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the local clinic, including working closely with the academic team to optimise the student learning experience.
  
Other key responsibilities include:
  
  • Providing day to day leadership of the clinic
  • Develop, review and update clinic policies and manuals as required
  • Oversight of infection control procedures
  • Developing and monitoring a risk management profile
  • Developing, monitoring and meeting financial targets
  • Developing and overseeing the implementation of national and local marketing plans and initiatives
  • Overseeing and driving local Continuous Quality Improvement initiatives
  • Overseeing the local implementation of the clinic-focused Endeavour Vitality Days (Trade Shows)
  • Training and induction of students and staff, as required (i.e. in clinic operations)
  • Taking part in Open Day activities, as required
  • Ensuring a high quality consumer “Wellnation experience”
  • Developing innovative support solutions for Endeavour graduates/alumni
  • Leverage opportunities to further enhance the Endeavour College brand
  
Reporting to the Associate Director - Clinical Services, the successful candidate will possess the following skills, knowledge and experience:
  
  • Bachelor level degree in Nursing, Commerce or Health Sciences preferred, or related area
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ management/leadership experience involving leading a team and setting financial targets
  • Previous experience working in a busy medical/clinical environment desirable
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrix environment
  • Ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders in a collegial and positive manner
  • Demonstrate previous experience working in a commercially-focused environment
  • Promote a retail, consumer-focused approach to the clinic operations
  • Project management and planning skills
  • Demonstrate an understanding of clinical needs in an academic environment
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs
Contract Type: 12 month fixed term contract (full time)

Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + 9.50% Superannuation
