We are currently looking for a Coordinator to come join and lead the team based out of our West Pennant Hills site.

About the role:
As the Out-of-School-Hours-Care (OSHC) Coordinator, your primary responsibility is to ensure that the OSHC service is responsive to the needs of children and families. You will ensure overall quality and compliance of the management and administration of the OSHC service operations in line with YMCA NSW policies and procedures and the Education and care Services National Regulations.
This role will see you with oversight of OSHC programs that is engaging and targeted to the needs of school age children and supporting families. Our engagement with the school community is crucial, along with a commitment to continuing a promising relationship with your internal & external stakeholders
To be successful in this role, you will have
- HLTAID004 First Aid
- Current CPR certificate
- Identify & Respond child protection certificate
- Experience in leading a team of Educators (Preferred)
- Diploma Level Education & Care or
- Early Childhood teaching qualification
