This Qualified Educator position located in Broome WA would suit an experienced, confident leader, who leads by example and has the ability to problem solve and work unassisted.
Essential Requirements
- A recognised Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Supervisors certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Knowledge and understanding National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management Certificates
- Leadership experience
- Strong relationship skills relevant to effective communication with team members, professional parents and families.
- High level of skill in both verbal and written communication
Desirable
- Experience in rural centres and different cultural experiences.
