The position presents an exciting opportunity for anyone who has a passion for Modern or Military History and a flair for using technology to create programs that support and enhance learning outcomes.

Reporting to the Chief Executive, the Manager is accountable for the on-going development, promotion and management of the Schools Program which has at its core the incorporation of the Virtual War Memorial as a key research, learning and publication tool.

The successful candidate will possess a teaching qualification and be familiar with the teaching and learning requirements of the national curricula for Year 9 & Year 10 History. Demonstrated evidence of successful program creation and implementation is required as is the ability to use technology creatively and effectively to support the achievement of learning outcomes.

The ability to develop and maintain highly effective working relationships is crucial to success in this position.

Current DCIS clearance is required. 

A fulltime position is available for 12 months.
