We have two services located in southwest Sydney and a brand new centre located in the Illawarra. Our Unanderra service caters for 38 children aged birth to six years.

Our Moorebank service under the National Quality framework has been awarded the overall rating of EXCEEDING by ACEEQA.

We are looking for educators for our Unanderra service who share our passion for the natural world and who approach children's learning and development with a holistic view.

The Traineeship position:

• Is for an enthusiastic individual looking for a Traineeship to complete Certificate III in Children's Services.
• Aimed at individuals 18 -21 years.
• This is an on the job training role, and study time and support will be provided for the right applicant.
• To qualify for this position you should not have previously studied a Certificate III in Childcare.
• What are the benefits of a traineeship?
• 12 Months to earn a Certificate III in Children's Services whilst gaining paid industry Experience and being paid to learn!
• Learn and develop your skills, with study support, while gaining valuable experience at an exceptional centre.
• Further Career Development opportunities once completed

The Diploma/Cert III position requires:

• Diploma/Cert III in children's services
• Working With Children's Check
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Understanding and knowledge of EYLF curriculum
• Understanding of child development and programming

The ECT position  - Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) for the (ECT) position.
• 50% completion of course individuals are strongly encouraged to also apply!
• A passion for the 3-6 years age group
• A solid understanding of current early childhood theory and practice
• Knowledge of and experience in implementing of the NQF (NQS, EYLF)
