Learning and Development Officer NSW Rural Fire Service The NSW Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) is the world's largest volunteer-based fire service. The NSW RFS plays a key coordinating and strategic role in the overall planning and management of fire prevention, protection and suppression in NSW. Primary purpose of role Provide a range of learning and development products, services and systems to enable trainers and assessors throughout the RFS to effectively provide quality learning and development activities of a consistent standard, such that members are equipped with the skills and knowledge to undertake their work in a safe and effective manner. Temporary role for a period of up to 12 months High profile government organisation Attractive salary, super and leave loading Flexible working arrangements Location: Current location is Lidcombe with the role to be permanently located to Dubbo by late 2018/early 2019. The successful candidate may be able to work from either Sydney or Dubbo up until this time.
