Following a number of internal career advancements, we are looking for an experienced Vocational Education and Training (VET) professional to join our team and help support our continued development.   If successful you will be a key player in this expanding business, leading the way for excellence in training delivery.

About You
You will have extensive VET industry experience and understand the rules and requirements that govern our industry.  Your high-level qualifications in VET, knowledge of training packages, training and assessment strategies and assessment tools, will ensure the development of superior course curriculum maximising our student outcomes.
You will be a strong leader in your own right, and work well with others in a collaborative manner to get the very best out of every situation. 
Ideally, you’ll be tertiary trained in either business or risk management.   You will be passionate about enabling people to transform their reality and unrelenting in your pursuit for quality care to the most vulnerable in our community.

About the job
To succeed as the new EmployEase Vocational Training Manager you will have:

• Formal VET qualifications to Diploma level
• Extensive knowledge of the VET industry, compliance requirements, and business drivers – you will be the expert in the room
• Strong history of building and leading high-performance teams that continually evolve to drive improved outcomes for their business
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, along with a strong network of relationships across the VET industry.
• Knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable, however not critical.
• Second to none communications skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Solution-focused
