The Role of Coordinator:

  • Reports to the regional operations manager.
  • Undertakes a caring and collaborative approach to showcase our company values: Considerate, Passionate, Courageous.
  • Encourages play based learning: incorporates children's ideas and interests into planned experiences and routines.
  • Works with the team to tailor each aspect of the service to engage, inspire and delight the children attending your service.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Available to work 5 days per week.
  • Experience in working with a large service.
  • The desire to work with children and demonstrated a capacity to enhance their OSHC experiences.
  • Experience working with and supporting teams to achieve results.
  • Childcare industry knowledge and experience preferably in an OSHC environment.
  • A work history demonstrating reliability, punctuality, enthusiasm, initiative and commitment.
  • Experience of supporting continuous improvement and change.

As a minimum, you must hold or be working towards:

  • Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent OR
  • Degree in Primary Education or Early Childhood Studies or equivalent.
  • Hold a current Employee Working with Children's Check.
