About the business and the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who is looking to transition into a new career in a growing and dynamic industry.
Alternatively, you may be an existing Trainer looking to embrace the culture of a positive and diligent team that are committed to attaining excellent compliance, while giving our client a sound skills base and a really positive experience. Job tasks and responsibilities
You will be representing the business both onsite and at our training facility based in Carrum Downs.
This is an established and growing business with a solid client base and more than a decade of operation.

Skills and experience
Must Have:
- Forklift licence for at least 2 years
- Experience in a supervisory or staff training role
- Attention to Detail - Particularly with regards to compliance paperwork
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- A customer focused approach to training
- Stable work history
- Current drivers licence and reliable vehicle
Would be considered advantageous:
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment
- LO Licence
- Experience operating a range of Industrial plant
Licence and or experience in any of the following:
- Skid steer, Excavator and any other form of earthmoving
- EWP & Scissor Lift
- Order Picker Licence and Experience
