The Opportunity
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering quality education and has relevant experience in Coordinating Nursing courses and/or in a Managerial role within the Nursing & Education sectors. The successful candidate will work closely with the Campus Manager and National Nursing Manager in managing the successful running of the Diploma of Nursing. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in the VET sector and as a Registered Nurse.
We are looking for someone to start in this position as soon as possible.
Skills, knowlegde, qualifications and experience required:
- TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (including LLN)
- Bachelor of Nursing or higher coupled with industry experience
- Current AHPRA registration
- Previous experience within an RTO environment is essential
- Previous experience with ANMAC submissions would be advantageous
- Previous experience as a Course Coordinator would be advantageous
- Minimum 12-24 months experience as a Trainer/Assessor
- Ability to prepare and write training sessions and training activities
- Ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team
- Ability to work with others to provide and assist in professional and skills development
- Current industry knowledge and experience
- Current Police Check
- Current Working With Children Check
