About the School:
Located in Inner London, Westminster, this secondary school is a successful and growing secondary school in the borough. The school is now 10 form entry and has reached its capacity. The school is an ‘Outstanding school and due to the recent results has seen an increase in numbers. Within History, the school has seen more candidates choose to study History in GCSE and A - Level than ever before. The school currently has five teachers teaching History, including the Deputy Head Teacher. Joining this school, you would be working as part of a successful and knowledgeable team. History is also part of the humanities department, which includes teaching Geography and Religious Education as well. 

About the Role:
You will be a well-qualified, highly motivated History teacher who is an excellent classroom teacher with a record of effective teaching or teaching practice. The joining teacher can be either Newly Qualified or Experienced. The school is a teaching school, therefore the school has the capacity to support teachers with a tailored mentoring and induction program. You would also work closely with the Deputy Head who also teaches History. The teacher will be required to teach from Year 7 through to Year 11. There will be an opportunity to teach KS5 (A-Levels) for suitable candidates.
