About the role

Reporting to the Organisational Change Manager BSANZ, you are responsible for providing a high level of support to the users of the company’s Business Transformation programs by identifying training needs and assisting the SAP Trainer/Support in developing and delivering training.

Some of the key Responsibilities for the role:

  • Assist in identifying, developing and implementing training material to meet company requirements and ongoing system developments, for Business Transformation projects. Participate in projects and deliver quality business solutions.
  • Work with the SAP team, department managers and end users to identify the training and development requirements to meet the needs of the business.
  • Coordinate, develop and enhance online courses and transaction simulations for relevant systems.
  • Ensure appropriate user access and allocation of online training materials is available and provided as required.
  • Co-Ordinate Project Aoraki training timeframes for Project Aoraki in New Zealand.
  • Under the direction of the SAP Trainer/Support co-ordinate training including all documentation.
  • Spend time in the field with the business to be able to provide usage support/training as and when required.   This could include intrastate travel within Australia and international travel to New Zealand.

Training will be provided to the successful applicant for specific SAP related training programs.

  • Qualifications in Training and Assessment desirable but not essential
  • Experience with SAP applications or equivalent ERP system is preferred
  • Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
  • A willingness to undertake travel within Australia and New Zealand.
