The Library is a key partner in the education and research processes of Griffith University. We are seeking a Library Service Management Officer to help us develop, maintain and deliver our library and learning products and services.

The opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Library and Learning Services, this position oversees the service and operational frameworks relating to service models and channels, quality metrics and reporting, and Library planning and policy. It coordinates improvement opportunities with Library service owners and manages communication of quality improvement goals to service managers and owners. The role also monitors Library and Learning Services planning activities and manages documentation.

This is a continuing, full time position which will work across all Griffith University campuses.

About you
You will have experience in service management practice in a tertiary education setting. You will have demonstrated skills in the analysis, design and implementation of service management, data collection, performance metrics and a high level of performance management skills. You will be highly organised, have well developed communication skills and be able to work flexibly and collaboratively in a team.

Salary range
HEW Level 7: $82,577 - $89,464 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $96,616 - $104,673 per annum.
