The Opportunity

The high performing Monash Recruitment Team sits within the broader Monash HR team here at Monash University. The recruitment team work with a vast array of client groups across the professional and academic space to provide a complete end to end recruitment solution.

We currently have an exciting role for a motivated individual who is eager to secure a fast-paced and challenging internal position where no two days are the same. This is an amazing opportunity for someone with exposure to the recruitment industry looking to broaden their skillset into the Higher Education space. We are looking for someone to grow and develop into the role where they will be providing specialised HR and recruitment advice whilst managing the recruitment lifecycle across a portfolio of academic and professional areas.

The role will allow you to work with a diverse group of clients across a number of roles at all levels where you will be involved in the complete recruitment process in the areas of advice, compliance, sourcing, selection and appointment. Although the role will be based in Mulgrave, you will also be required to attend our campuses and other university sites regularly. You will be expected to partner with both your internal HR and external HR stakeholders to deliver an exceptional 360 recruitment service.

If you have a proven history in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, a demonstrated ability in building and maintaining collaborative relationships and a genuine interest in furthering your career within the recruitment industry then we would love to hear from you.
