The School of Education and Professional Studies is one of the largest teaching areas of Griffith University with a diverse range of degree programs for more than 3000 students. The School spans three campuses - Mt Gravatt, Logan and Gold Coast - and has an international reputation in teacher education and related research.

The opportunity
We are looking for a motivated administration officer to support the Deputy Heads of School in their portfolio activities, programs and initiatives. An integral part of this role is to support the activities around external industry accreditation processes including liaising with stakeholder groups, arranging meetings, proof reading written reports, and establishing and maintaining document repositories. The role also supports the School's sponsorship arrangements with external stakeholders, maintains a database of sessional employees, and provides general administrative support to the Head of School office.

This is a continuing, full time position based at the Mt Gravatt campus.

About you
To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated, show initiative, an attention to detail and a willingness to learn new processes. You must be able to show a passion for client service and demonstrate strong computer skills particularly in the use of corporate databases, digital filing, and desktop publishing.

Salary range
HEW level 4: $59,788 - $63,169 per annum. Salary package including 17% employer superannuation contribution: $69,952 - $73,908 per annum.
