As Administration Assistant, you are responsible for providing a wide range of administrative assistance to the College, ensuring the smooth running of its day to day operations including supporting teaching and learning activities. This includes providing high level customer service as the first point of contact for visitors entering the College of Business and Law offices, and assisting with administrative duties such as processing casual timesheets, travel arrangements, reconciliation of credit cards, maintaining office supplies and other duties as directed.
Demonstrated high-level professional communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate in a culturally sensitive manner will be central to your success.
A minimum of Certificate III in Business (or related area) with extensive relevant work experience or the equivalent combination of relevant experience and training will support your application. Demonstrated sound computer literacy skills and an aptitude for learning new information systems is essential for this role.
